The farm itself dates to 19th August 1692 when Simon Van der Stel, then governor of the Cape, gave a free grant of land to Dirk van Schalkwyk.

Rhebokskloof’s cellar makes use of traditional techniques when creating wine, forgoing excessive technology for time-trusted approaches that yield exceptional wine.
Main cultivars planted; Shiraz, Pinotage, Chardonnay & Chenin Blanc. The labels are made from 100% renewable sugar cane fibre.
